ARCHITECTURAL WATERCOLOURS

By combining 3D computer software with traditional watercolour techniques, a unique watercolour style is provided.

Process:
A simple initial 3D computer model is produced, followed by a detailed line drawing which is then hand finished using traditional watercolour techniques. High quality scanning then provides a digital image ready for reproduction.

Four watercolour styles are provided:

High Detail Watercolour
A high level of detail and realism but still retaining the soft appeal of watercolour.

Line & Wash Watercolour
A less detailed style suitable for smaller budgets.

Freehand Watercolour
A much looser, minimal detail style most suitable for planning documentation.

2D Watercolour
Existing architects elevations are recreated in colour, adding shadows and landscaping.
